Best Horror Movies

Spread the love

Everyone knows that our group makes the best movie ratings. We choose only the best of the best. Today we’ve rounded up the 100 best horror movies of the last 20 years. The selection of films was made from three thousand films made from 2000 to mid-2020. A selection of earlier horror films (before 2000) will be included in the new rating, which will be released soon.

Why didn’t we make the overall top 100 horror movies?

Initially, the idea was to collect an overall rating: one hundred of the best horror films of the last 120 years. However, after a little thought, we decided to make three collections with horror movies. The first one includes the best projects that were published from 1900 to 2000. The second one is the selection that you are currently watching. It includes exclusively modern horror films made since 2000. The last selection includes films from the last 20 years that were not included in the first selection. Why didn’t they come in? These paintings have a relatively low rating, and they cannot be considered the best. At the same time, you can easily view them. These horror movies are just for once.

Now let’s move on to the most important question: why didn’t we make one overall horror rating? We explain. After analyzing the situation, we saw that most of the ratings presented did so. However, we didn’t like this idea. We wanted to stand out and break it down into periods. For example, many people don’t really like watching old horror movies. This is despite the fact that the older films have a more interesting game of actors, no special effects, great costumes and makeup. It doesn’t really compare to the new ones. But for some reason, many people do not want to watch the old ones, they only watch modern horror movies. They don’t like the way it’s shot, or the quality of old movies that you don’t always find in Full HD. In general, there are many reasons, and it is for this reason that we have divided the paintings into two camps. The first one includes fans of “old school” hardcore. And the second was headed by connoisseurs of modern horror movies. We try to please everyone!

Top 100 best horror movies, what are they about and who made them?

Often exciting horror films are intertwined with thrillers. And sometimes the line between these genres is not always obvious. Just like in our rating, there may be films that are suitable for both a horror movie and a good thriller. Therefore, for this moment, please do not scold too much. We have collected the best modern horror movies that give you goosebumps! In our list you will find beautiful films from such horror directors as: Alexander Azha, James Wan, Guillermo Del Toro, Victor Salva, Sam Raimi, George Romero and many others. As for the subject matter of films, we can distinguish horror films about cannibals, monsters, werewolves, ghosts, vampires and zombies. Of course, not without psychopathic killers! Also, in our selection, you will find good foreign slashers and splatters. All movies are watched in one breath and constantly keep you in suspense and fear! It’s just a non-transferable horror, enjoy watching it…
